ENISA is the European Network and Information Security Agency.
ENISA works for the EU institutions and member states. Operations started on September 2005, on Crete, Greece. Presently, the agency has a staff of about 55 persons.
In Sweden PTS is responsible for ENISA coordination and information distribution. That is accomplished via a National Liasion Officer, NLO. Björn Scharin (firstname.lastname@example.org) is the NLO at PTS.
In addition, the ENISA board is made up of representatives from all EU countries. From Sweden, for example, a civil servant from the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Communications has a seat on the board.
